This Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing information about you, including personal data and cookies, also known as “cookies.”
1. General Information

- The operator of the website and the Data Controller of personal data is:

- The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with respect to the data voluntarily provided on the Website.
- The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending newsletters
- Handling inquiries submitted via contact form
- Presenting offers or information
- The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
- Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.
- By storing cookie files (“cookies”) on end-user devices.
2. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator
- Login areas and personal data entry points are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
- The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
- An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.
3. Hosting
- The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the Operator: another company.
- In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company maintains server-level logs. The following may be recorded:
- resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
- time of the request,
- time the response was sent,
- client station name – identification carried out via the HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
- the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the Service occurred via a link,
- information about the user’s browser,
- information about the IP address,
- diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services via recorders on the site,
- information related to the handling of electronic mail directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information on how the data is used
- In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
- the hosting company based on an entrustment agreement,
- authorized employees and collaborators who use the data in order to fulfill the purpose of operating the website,
- companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator.
- Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be kept longer than necessary to perform the activities related to them, specified by individual regulations (e.g. accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
- You have the right to request from the Administrator:
- access to your personal data,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- and data portability.
- You have the right to object to the processing of personal data indicated in point 3.2 for the purposes of performing legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the objection will not be effective if there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Service.
- With respect to you, actions may be taken consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing carried out by the Administrator.
- Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
5. Information in forms
- The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if such are given.
- The Service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
- In some cases, the Service may save information that facilitates linking form data with the email address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s email address may appear within the URL of the page containing the form.
- Data provided in forms are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g., to handle a service request, commercial contact, registration, or other services. Each form context and description clearly indicates what it is used for.
6. Administrator logs
- User activity information within the Service may be subject to logging. These data are used for the administration of the Service.
7. Essential marketing techniques
- The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis on the website through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not provide the operator of this service with personal data, only anonymized information. The service relies on cookies stored on the end device of the user. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and edit information resulting from cookies using this tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
- The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow for the customization of advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the website, which may create the impression that the user’s personal data is being used to track them. In practice, however, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertisers. The technological condition for such actions is the enabled support of cookies.
- The Operator uses solutions that automate the operation of the Service in relation to users, for example, sending emails to users after visiting a specific subpage, provided they have agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
8. Information on Cookies
- The Service uses cookies.
- Cookies (so-called “ciasteczka”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for use on the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on the end device, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the Service Operator.
- Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- maintaining the Service User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service;
- fulfilling the purposes set out above in section “Essential marketing techniques.”
